Sector is a mapping tool designed for classic tabletop Science Fiction Roleplaying games. It allows users to effortlessly generate an entire sector comprising 16 subsectors for exploration.

Complete UPP (Universal Planetary Profile) generation for each world
Random name generation for worlds, sectors, and subsectors
Visually appealing mapping displaying mainworld size, atmosphere, and surface type
Calculation and representation of minor and major trade routes
Automatic identification and labeling of clusters, chains, and voids
Pan and zoom functionality with multitouch capability; tap for detailed information on specific worlds; tilt device to adjust labels and routes
Two-finger tap to toggle navigation and toolbars visibility
Export maps as PDFs or plain text listings
Import original plain text sector listings in standard format, with many classic sectors available in the app

The map is fully editable – users can remove or add worlds by tapping hexes; trade routes and cluster names are dynamically generated as changes are made.

Note: Sector operation relies on an RPG rules system and includes content from the Traveller SRD document at http://www.traveller-srd.com. Note: Due to the intensive nature of mapping entire sectors, it is recommended to use Sector on iPad Pro or iPhone 6s devices or newer models.
